Young members of the Corsham Windband Association represented the group with distinction at remembrance services across the region on Sunday, 9 November.
Trumpeter Lewis Woodhead performed the Last Post in Chippenham, while Finian Sankey did the same in Box, both honouring the fallen with poise and respect.
A special mention goes to Eddie Durrant, who delivered a moving performance of the Last Post at Bath Abbey. Playing with great sensitivity and musicality, Eddie’s notes filled the packed Abbey—and could even be heard outside after the doors were opened to accommodate the crowd. His family, school, and fellow band members were immensely proud of his outstanding contribution to the occasion.
